Benefits of this role: – Opportunity to work for one of the top Financial Organization in Michigan – HYBRID working schedule (up to 3 days at home per week) – Helpful and supportive leadership and executives – Benefits available on the first day of each month What We’re Looking For – You can (and enjoy) take inbound calls from clients to assist with various customer service queries (around 50-80 calls per day) – You are switched on, engaged and eager to learn – You have at least 6 months to a year of customer service experience (call center experience is preferred, but retail and similar areas will be considered ) – You’re proficient with using and navigating Windows, as well as internal company software (very easy to learn) – You can type at a minimum speed of 35 wpm Hours and Days This position is full-time, Monday to Friday .
The first 4 weeks will be on-site training , with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after that. Hours for training are 9:30am-6pm. Working hours after training will be 10am-6:30pm. No weekends will be expected or required.
