Shamrock supports both P^L and Non-P^L teams, flexible Loan Officer and Branch Manager compensation structure, ad-agency quality marketing and video support; and incredibly flexible underwriting. We are a sales company set up to support sales.

We are looking for Producing and Non-Producing Branch Managers and Loan Officers to come on board and act as sales leaders in their territory.

You will act as a liaison between customers and our financial institution and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

As a Mortgage Loan Officer/Branch Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Go above and beyond for customers: Aspire to deliver world-class customer service
  • Drive sales through service: Achieve sales and referral goals by developing a positive customer experience
  • Build a book of business: Proactively seek ways to develop and expand customer relationships in order to contribute to the branch success
  • Maximize personal productivity: Desire to maximize personal productivity through attention to detail, self-motivation, and adaptability to achieve branch and personal goals
  • Grow your own capabilities: Actively participate in opportunities to expand knowledge, influence, and interpersonal skills
  • Works with and consults with the staff that does the paperwork for mortgage applications
  • Communicates with customers to help them choose the best mortgage loan they can afford

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a loan officer
  • Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
