Firstleaf/Penrose Hill is looking for a Product Manager to report directly to the Head of Digital Product. In this multi-faceted role you will identify and prioritize opportunities to build and refine products that deliver customer value and achieve business objectives. You’ll also gather requirements, work with UX designers to create and test experiences, and collaborate with engineering to develop and deploy products. The product manager should have experience defining clear success metrics for products, and the desire to constantly iterate to improve against those metrics.

A few examples will illustrate some of your challenges

Work with design to create designs that meet requirements, test with end users, and iterate as needed

Design and implement A/B tests

Provide product definition for engineering team including tickets with clear acceptance criteria

Provide visibility into progress for stakeholders through written and verbal updates

Define metrics for success and improvement of products

Take a customer-centric approach to define user journeys

Identify opportunities and make compelling arguments using both quantitative and qualitative data for prioritizing those opportunities


  • 3+ years in a customer-facing product role
  • Experience in a consumer-facing subscription and/or eCommerce business
  • Experience managing large products from ideation to execution (workshopping ideas, defining objectives and metrics, assessing feasibility, working with designers, creating requirements and specifications, working with developers)
  • Product lifecycle management experience, including measurable improvements in business outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business unit leaders to take inputs and define requirements
  • Experience with both quantitative user testing (, Qualtrics, etc.) and qualitative user research (direct interviews, focus groups, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Knowledge of product and business analytics tools such as Periscope, Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Indicative
  • Familiarity with product/project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday
