Job Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting via video, email, text, etc. and scheduling candidates to speak with our screening team.
Additional Responsibilities:
- 100+ calls/texts/messages per day to highly targeted prospect lists
- Schedule phone/video interviews
- Document communication in Asana.
- Collaborate with our research and screening team.
- Spend your commission checks wisely!
Qualifications
Successful Recruiter applicants must have access to high-speed Internet, a laptop and/or desktop with a working webcam + microphone, smartphone, and MUST have a performance-driven mindset.
Additional Qualifications:
- Must be able to push through rejection (100 No’s to get 11 Yes) without issue
- Superior communication and documentation skills
Additional Information
