The Role

We are looking for a Talent Partner to support our company growth as we plan to double in size and become 10,000 employees by 2025. You are not bound by traditional recruiting standards here — we want you to be comfortable thinking outside the box. Talent Partners that are successful at Veeva are great at building relationships within our global Talent Team and with their customers.

You will be focused on working with the leaders of our Professional Services team to attract and hire the best people for the Commercial Services organization in North America.

Location is flexible as this is a remote position ideal for an individual that is self-directed and able to manage their own schedule to meet business requirements and goals.

What You’ll Do

Full recruitment responsibility including hiring manager engagement, development of recruiting strategies, screening candidates, processing job offers, and closing candidates

Interact regularly with Hiring Managers and Leaders to develop talent attraction strategies that align with the business and their hiring needs

Deliver exceptional end-to-end candidate experience

Leverage insights and data to drive results and continuous improvements

Build constructive and effective relationships inside and outside Veeva

Develop a deep understanding of Veeva’s products and services; ability to clearly articulate our impact on the life sciences industry

Requirements

3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on either Software, Professional Services, and/or Life Sciences.

Understanding of the competitive landscape; how to develop, focus, and execute against a plan to build a pipeline for immediate and future needs.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities that build trust with stakeholders, customers, and candidates.

Ability to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced environment.Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
