The Opportunity

As Senior Product Manager for our Client Squad, you’ll create macOS and iOS apps that  customers love by running product discovery to translate ideas into strategy and features and follow product development from start to finish. You are a true humble-leader, here to help the teams do their best work and  work closely with design to balance best practices, experiments and flexibility to suit the situation. 

Day to Day

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products for our macOS and iOS app squad
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and advocate relentlessly for the best product user experience on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
  • Identify key drivers of efficiency, engagement and growth to increase activation, expansion, retention and drive execution through iterative testing and learning
  • Set your engineering team (and agile coach) for success by collaborating closely with them in sprint activities, providing them with relevant user stories, gathering their ideas and helping them understand the why
  • Ensure that goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone as well as possible
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and team empowerment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working primarily with macOS, iOS and desktop apps
  • Experience with product discovery and working closely with designers to conduct user testing and validation
  • Enthusiastic team player with outstanding organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience building and tracking product metrics
  • Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours 8am to 5pm PST

Nice-to-haves, but NOT required

  • Strong knowledge and experience in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency and empathy
  • Understanding MDM and device management in general is a big bonus
  • Strong analytical skills: understand cohort analysis, segmentation and how to derive insights from large amounts of data
