Tucker Properties

About the Company

The Tucker family has been actively managing homes in Gainesville for more than 16 years, and they have owned and operated residential rental properties for more than 65 years. The owners respond quickly to servicing calls and work within six blocks of the residences. Our Director of Operations, Mr. Herman Southers, is a full-time employee who oversees the Repair and Maintenance staff. Every two weeks, Johnson Lawnmowing Service takes care of the grounds, and he has decades of relevant experience. Furthermore, any pest issues are quickly resolved by Godwin Extermination Services and Arrow Exterminators.
